Dignity for all
The Dil Se name has Hindi origins and means “from the heart”. Our mission with Dil Se Foundation is to create a more equitable society through education, advocacy, and mentorship. We believe that all of humanity is created in the image of God and therefore should engage in work that brings dignity and promotes the common good.
Education
Dil Se Foundation helped launch the Darsha Academy. Darsha Academy empowers high performing and resilient young women in India for personal and community transformation and achieve an enduring purpose for their lives, by providing them with an intellectually rigorous three-year residential program designed to prepare students for university education.
Limited access to quality education is at the heart of social inequality in India, which perpetuates the cycle of poverty and inequality in India. We seek to help our students succeed in life and impact their communities and the nation.
Entrepreneurship
Dil Se Foundation seeks to partner with young entrepreneurs in India and within the inner cities of America who seek to support their communities through innovation and value creation.
Freedom
Dil Se Foundation advocates for the freedom of all people in India, including the freedom of children and women from human trafficking and forced labor.
